Every morning a bird brings me a fire-berry from the valleys in the Sun, and each fire-berry takes away a little of my age. And when I have become as young as the child that was born yesterday, then I shall take my rising again and once more tread the great dance.
I’d hurry it up mate; the world ends in 248 years, and you’ve apparently been eating fire-berries for over one thousand. (via ravenya003)
King Frank and Queen Helen and their children lived happily in Narnia and their second son became King of Archenland. The boys married nymphs and the girls married wood-gods and river-gods.
Huh. Okay then. I suppose this might account for there be no humans around by the time the Pevensies show up - they’ve probably intermarried with nymphs and gods to the point where there’s no human blood left. (via ravenya003)

Does anyone else notice that in the movies, Mr. & Mrs. Pevensie’s names are Helen and Frank?
